What are your main responsibilities in your current role?<\/b><\/p>\n

I lead the foundation from a very clear conviction: talent changes lives, but when properly nurtured and connected, it can also change societies. My work is not only about managing programs; it is about identifying possibilities before they become obvious, creating opportunities where they do not always exist, and building bridges between talent, institutions, and the future.<\/p>\n

A fundamental part of my role is identifying individuals, institutions, ideas, and projects with genuine transformative potential, supporting them thoughtfully, and creating ecosystems where they can grow. I work at the intersection of culture, education, science, critical thinking, and youth, because I deeply believe that today\u2019s greatest challenges cannot be solved from isolated disciplines.<\/p>\n

But perhaps most importantly, I try to ensure that every initiative carries meaning beyond itself. I am not only interested in promoting good projects; I am interested in contributing to a society where the opportunity to develop talent is not a privilege reserved for a few.<\/p>\n

I have learned that leading a foundation today means constantly asking one essential question: how do we turn sensitivity, excellence, and opportunity into real impact?<\/p>\n

How has your professional background prepared you for your current role, and what has been your biggest challenge?<\/b><\/p>\n

My professional journey has been a combination of vision, intuition, sustained work, and a constant search for depth. I have never understood my career simply as professional advancement, but rather as the construction of meaning: how to generate real impact from spaces where what is intangible \u2014 culture, thought, talent \u2014 can sometimes appear less urgent, when in reality it is essential.<\/p>\n

One of the greatest challenges has been precisely defending that perspective: committing to the long term in contexts often dominated by immediacy. Believing in the structural value of culture, understood as a tool for transformation and social cohesion, as well as education and critical thinking, even when they are not always the most obvious priorities.<\/p>\n

There has also been a more personal learning process: understanding that leadership does not mean always having all the answers, but rather sustaining important questions, making difficult decisions, and learning not to betray yourself in order to fit in.<\/p>\n

I have experienced moments in which I had to build legitimacy, create space, and demonstrate that sensitivity and strategy are not opposites, but a powerful combination. And perhaps that has been one of the most important lessons: true leadership is not only about arriving, but about expanding what is possible for others while you do.<\/p>\n

What keeps you inspired and informed in a career that is in constant evolution? What platforms do you use to stay informed?<\/b><\/p>\n

For me, inspiration does not come only from staying informed; it comes from remaining intellectually awake and not losing a sense of curiosity and hope despite the context.<\/p>\n

We are living through a moment of radical transformation \u2014 technological, social, and cultural \u2014 and I believe staying current requires much more than consuming information: it requires discernment, curiosity, and the ability to connect ideas across disciplines. I constantly read, research, listen, and observe, but above all I try to look where worlds do not apparently intersect: youth and philosophy, artificial intelligence and ethics, culture and business, art and innovation.<\/p>\n

I am interested both in major international reports and thought leaders, and in real conversations with young people, creators, and entrepreneurs who are experiencing change firsthand. Very often, the best inspiration does not come from an established trend, but from an emerging sensibility.<\/p>\n

I have also learned that staying updated is not about chasing everything, but about understanding what truly creates transformation. In a world saturated with stimuli, discernment has become a form of leadership.<\/p>\n

What abilities do you think have contributed to the success you have in your career today?
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Probably the most important has been the ability to identify talent and potential, even before they are fully formed. To see beyond the obvious. To recognize possibilities. To take risks and advocate for them always supported, of course, by solid arguments and data.<\/p>\n

It has also been essential to combine strategic vision with human sensitivity. For a long time, culture was often seen as belonging only to the symbolic sphere, but I believe culture can and should also be social infrastructure, critical thinking, and a driver of the future.<\/p>\n

Listening has been key. Truly listening allows you to understand contexts, identify needs, and build more effectively. Alongside that, the ability to connect people, disciplines, and institutions that together can multiply their impact.<\/p>\n

But if there is one thing I consider fundamental, it is never losing depth. In an environment that sometimes rewards speed or visibility, I believe maintaining discernment, rigor, and purpose remains a powerful differentiator.<\/p>\n

What advice would you give to someone who is starting their career?<\/b><\/p>\n

I would tell them not to enter the field thinking only about finding their place, but about how they can expand that place for others.<\/p>\n

The cultural world needs passion, but it also needs excellence, critical thinking, professionalism, and a perspective capable of engaging with the real challenges of our time. It is no longer enough simply to love culture; one must understand how to make it relevant, sustainable, and connected to the future.<\/p>\n

I would recommend cultivating depth before urgency. Pursuing a hybrid education. Reading extensively. Understanding technology. Developing discernment. Learning how to manage, but also how to imagine.<\/p>\n

And perhaps something especially important: do not confuse visibility with impact. Some of the most valuable careers are built through consistency, credibility, and the ability to create real value, even when they are not the loudest.<\/p>\n

I would also say that there will be moments of doubt, closed doors, or the feeling of not entirely fitting in. But very often, that is precisely where an authentic voice begins to emerge.<\/p>\n

Because ultimately, building a meaningful career in culture is not only about participating in the system, but about contributing to transforming it. And that requires not only talent, but courage.<\/p><\/div>\n
