Account Project Manager
Location: Madrid, Spain
We are looking for an Account Project Manager for a consultancy firm in Madrid. Some of the main responsibilities include:
•Coordination:
Facilitate communication among the internal team, suppliers, and clients to ensure everyone involved has a clear understanding of the project’s objectives and progress. Create project status reports with timelines and budgets.
•Project Management: Develop objectives by creating schedules, assigning and supervising the resources required for each project, and constantly monitoring their progress to ensure alignment with agreed objectives and budgets. Identify potential issues that may arise in projects to avoid unforeseen problems, maintaining consistent oversight and coordination of both internal and external teams.
•Account/Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining fluid communication to ensure their needs are understood and met throughout the project, fostering strong, long-term relationships to ensure retention. Oversee contracts to ensure their correct renewal and update terms as projects progress. Identify opportunities for complementary services during project development, either with the current client or third parties.
•Art Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition.
•Seeking Partnerships & Alliances: Be proactive in searching for new companies to establish collaborations.
Experience and skills required
•Previous project management experience (3+ years)
•Strong organizational skills, self-motivated
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential
•Excellent computer skills
•Ability to be proactive and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Interest in contemporary art
•Previous experience working with creatives (Desirable)
Terms
Freelance collaboration for a 6-month project, with the option for extension.
