One of our consultants meets with you to understand requirements, timelines, strategy, mission, and organisational culture.
We draft the job description and the ideal profile. At this stage, we also explain terms and fees.
03 sucess- based model
Our searches are free until the position is filled*. We agree upfront on fees and timelines.
We keep communication flowing so you always know the status of each stage.
04 sourcing & evaluation
We continuously update our market analysis and pre-screen candidates before scheduling interviews.
Beyond our database, we use innovative search strategies, partnerships, and our network to find the right person.
05 shortlist & support
You will receive a shortlist of relevant candidates, at least 2 per vacancy.
We take care of every detail: legal checks, references, and guidance through the next steps.
* Fees are only due when the vacancy is successfully filled with a candidate presented by Artepreneur, under the terms agreed in advance.
