For companies, the process of searching, interviewing, 1-to-1 and choosing the perfect person for the job is a lengthy process that consumes time from other tasks. At artepreneur, we take care of taking this burden off your shoulders, carrying out the whole process, and presenting you only with candidates that meet the expectations of the position.

One of our consultants will meet with you to explore your search requirements, timelines, future organizational strategy and mission, and to understand your company's culture.

We help you write the job description and the profile of the person you are looking for in your organization. We explain the terms of the agreement and the rates.

All our search processes are free of charge (until they are successful). We are always completely honest about our fee structure and timelines, and we agree with the company before we start the search.

We maintain fluid communication with you at all times to update you on the status of the process.

We have a market analysis that we update regularly, we analyze the profiles of the candidates before scheduling the first interviews.

We will propose a selection of candidates. On many occasions, in addition to our extensive database, we will use innovative search techniques, including links, advertising partnerships and our own network of contacts to find the right candidate.

We will send you a short list of relevant candidates, at least 2 for each vacancy you request.

We take care of the details. From legal and identity checks to references and salary negotiations, as well as helping you to successfully integrate the new employee.
